Purpose of this notice

This notice explains when (and if) Doczilla.co (“Doczilla”) will agree to vary, supplement, or customize the Doczilla Templates License that applies to Templates downloaded by Subscribers.

Our standard license

  • Doczilla provides a single, straightforward license (the “Doczilla Templates License”) designed to cover the most common professional and commercial uses of our Templates (also referred to as Professional Templates; both terms are interchangeable).
  • The standard license applies to all Templates available to Subscribers on Doczilla unless expressly stated otherwise.

Custom or modified license terms

  • Individual customizations are not available. Outside the Enterprise option described below, Doczilla does not offer modified, bespoke, or negotiated license terms (including addenda, side letters, or MFN terms) for individual Subscribers, teams, or one-off projects.
  • This policy ensures consistent treatment for all Subscribers and protects Authors’ rights while keeping licensing clear and predictable.

Enterprise exceptions

  • Enterprise Plans may include tailored licensing to address specific organizational requirements (e.g., governance needs, procurement clauses, information security addenda, or special approval workflows), subject to Doczilla’s review and mutual agreement.
  • Enterprise variations, if agreed, will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by Doczilla (or its affiliates/nominees) and the Enterprise customer. Any variation applies only to that customer and does not amend the standard license for other users.

What if the standard license doesn’t fit?

  • If your intended use cannot be achieved under the Doczilla Templates License and you are not seeking an Enterprise Plan, the use is not permitted.
  • You may:
    • Adjust your proposed use so it fits within the standard license; or
    • Contact us about Enterprise to explore whether tailored terms are appropriate for your organization.

How to request Enterprise licensing

  • Get in touch at support@au.doczilla.co or via https://au.doczilla.co/contact/ with a short summary of:
    1. Your organization and approximate user count,
    2. The specific licensing variation(s) you need, and
    3. Any procurement, security, or legal requirements driving the request.
  • We’ll review and respond with next steps. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Order of precedence

  • In case of conflict: (1) A signed Enterprise agreement (if any) prevails over (2) the Doczilla Templates License, which prevails over (3) this notice. All other applicable Doczilla terms and policies continue to apply.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the license to help us improve clarity and coverage. Please write to support@au.doczilla.co or use https://au.doczilla.co/contact/. While we cannot promise custom terms outside Enterprise, we do review feedback when updating our licensing framework.

Reminder: “Templates” and “Professional Templates” mean the same thing and may be used interchangeably across Doczilla policies.
