Understanding what sells (and where/when) helps you:
- Prioritise high-performing template types and categories
- Refine titles, descriptions, and tags for better discovery
- Plan updates and bundles based on real demand
- Forecast payouts and cash flow

Top Earning Templates (Seller Analytics)
Seller Console → Analytics → Top Items
- See your top 100 templates by revenue or orders
- Filter by category, tags, channel (direct / subscription / bundle), and custom date range
- Columns include: Template title, orders, net revenue, refunds (if any), conversion rate
- Click a template to open its detail view (traffic, conversion funnel, search terms)
Subscription & Bundle Insights
- Subscriptions: Earnings reflect Doczilla’s subscription allocation model; use the “Subscription” channel filter to view only subscription-attributed revenue.
- Bundles/Packages: When Doczilla or other sellers bundle your templates, your dashboard shows a bundle attribution line so you can see revenue credited to your content within that package.
Payouts & Balance
- Balance threshold & schedule: Your balance accrues until it reaches the payout threshold set in your Payout Settings.
- Methods: Bank transfer or PayPal (availability varies by region).
- Statements: Download monthly statements for your accountant from Earnings → Statements.
Practical tips to improve performance
- Iterate on winners: Expand families/variants of top templates (formats, industries, complexity tiers).
- Refresh metadata: Tighten titles, add precise tags, and keep descriptions outcome-focused.
- Preview quality: Use sharp cover images and clear “what’s inside” screenshots.
- Update cadence: Note spikes after updates—schedule periodic improvements.
- Geo signals: If a country starts buying a lot, consider localised versions (terms, spelling, regulatory notes).
- Channel mix: Compare direct vs subscription vs bundle revenue to decide where to invest next.
FAQs
Where can I download detailed sales data?
Go to Earnings → Export and choose CSV/XLSX for the selected date range.
Why don’t numbers match my payout?
Payouts reflect fees, taxes/withholding (where applicable), refunds and timing windows. Use the Monthly Statement PDF for reconciliation.
How often does data refresh?
Revenue and orders typically update near-real-time; statements and bundle attributions finalise monthly.
Keep an eye on your dashboard regularly—small, consistent tweaks based on real data are the fastest path to higher conversions and more predictable earnings on Doczilla.
