Can I resell the Templates I download from this site?
No, you can not. This is a condition of accessing and or downloading the Templates within DollarSense.ai. Whether they are Templates you can access via your subscription with DollarSense.ai, or via the DollarSense.ai marketplace (ie Templates that other members upload and make available to you), access to and use of these Templates is predicated upon your explicit agreement per the Terms Of Use and or other general terms of the site that you can not distribute or sell any of said Templates. Doing so would be an infringement of copyright. You are free to use these Templates for your own personal or business purposes pertaining to utilising them only, and not commercialising them via sale or resale. You also agree to access and or use these Templates with no warranties provided as to the content therein and that you must either use your own professional judgement and or seek professional 3rd party advice if you wish to rely upon the Templates or any part thereof, as you are solely responsible for any use and or outcomes thereof from said Templates.
Can I rely on Templates for legal coverage?
No. Whether provided by Doczilla as part of a subscription package, as a one-off purchase, or from the marketplace authored by other users – every Template on Doczilla.co must be downloaded and used per our Terms Of Use including, but not limited to, the fact that neither Doczilla.co nor its constituent users are able to offer any warranties nor accept any responsibility with regards to the content of any Templates. All Templates are to be used with this fact in mind – if you wish to utilise the Templates you must use your own professional 3rd party and or seek independent advice as your circumstances and or use of and or application of any Templates is not covered by Doczilla nor its users. Use Templates entirely at your own risk.
How often can I use a Template I purchase from Doczilla?

What software(s) will I need to use the Templates?
This will generally be explained in the details provided for each Template you access and download. Most Templates are created in multiple formats and those different formats are included for you to download. For example you may access a Microsoft Word template – drafted by a professional from your industry for a particular purpose. If this document requires ‘responder inputs’ – ie say if it is a Client Communication that requires a client of yours to answer questions and give you information, and or sign the Template and send back to you – other form-based versions of the Template may also be provided to you – for example Google Forms, Microsoft Forms and or Fillable PDF (Adobe Acrobat). Most Templates are created in mainstream and common software formats – Word, Google Docs / Forms, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint – to name a few. Certain Templates may be more niche or require more specialised software to be utilised – this depends on the industry the Template was built for and the use case for the Template.
