Do the Templates get updated?
Yes they do. Whether you’re using a Doczilla generated Template via a fixed subscription plan on Doczilla, or you’re using a custom Template provided by another user / author, generally the Templates are updated each year to ensure their format and content stay up to date, and compliant per industry standards. But be sure to check your Templates per your own standards and your own expectations and if the author (Doczilla or a fellow user of yours) needs to be alerted to a reasonable requirement for an update, please let them know via the platform. The regularity of Template updating may vary from industry to industry, author to author and specific Template to Template, but the general ideal of having the Template revised and updated as part of you having an active subscription and or specific Template license – remains that updates are generally included. Please check the terms of a Template you are looking at if you want to verify more details regarding exact timing of and or expectations around Template updates.
How do I use the Templates once I download them?
Templates are provided in the File Type per the description and or details of the Template – generally this will include (may vary) a major file type or file types that are most suitable to the context of use for the Template – eg Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Doc, etc. As long as you have the valid software to utilise these file types (eg a Microsoft Office or Microsoft Word license so that you can open and edit Microsoft Word files) then that should be all you need to download and start editing / accessing / utilising your Template!
Why not just create my own Templates?
We strongly recommend that you do. If you are a subscriber to Doczilla on a fixed monthly plan to access either the Free, Starter, Pro or Boss level of Templates, then you will have access to all of the relevant Templates subject to download limits per your subscription plan. But Doczilla was created not only for you to be able to access high quality, well researched, well written and regularly updated Templates for a fraction of the time and cost it would take to generate your own industry or profession-specific Templates, it was also created as a place for people with deep, professional level experience in industries / professions and niches, to be able to draft, upload and sell their own Templates to other people from the same or related industries. Whether you are using Doczilla generated Templates, or your own Templates, or you design and sell your own Templates to other users because you have a particular set of experience and skills that make your Template the best of its kind – is entirely up to you!
Can I resell the Templates I download from this site?
No, you can not. This is a condition of accessing and or downloading the Templates within DollarSense.ai. Whether they are Templates you can access via your subscription with DollarSense.ai, or via the DollarSense.ai marketplace (ie Templates that other members upload and make available to you), access to and use of these Templates is predicated upon your explicit agreement per the Terms Of Use and or other general terms of the site that you can not distribute or sell any of said Templates. How often can I use a Template I purchase from Doczilla?
If you are an active subscriber to Doczilla, you can use any Templates that you have downloaded as part of a subscription for an unlimited period unless otherwise stated in relation to that Template and or its umbrella subscription. What software(s) will I need to use the Templates?
This will generally be explained in the details provided for each Template you access and download. Most Templates are created in multiple formats and those different formats are included for you to download. For example you may access a Microsoft Word template – drafted by a professional from your industry for a particular purpose. If this document requires ‘responder inputs’ – ie say if it is a Client Communication that requires a client of yours to answer questions and give you information, and or sign the Template and send back to you – other form-based versions of the Template may also be provided to you – for example Google Forms, Microsoft Forms and or Fillable PDF (Adobe Acrobat).
